Thursday, 7 December, ABU DHABI (UAE): French’s Philippe Chiappe  was the best of the top six in the final session of today’s BRM Official Qualifying, posting the fastest lap of 0:42.83 around the 1,973 km Breakwater circuit and will start tomorrow’s UIM F1H2O Grand Prix of Abu Dhabi in pole position.

Norwegian’s Marit Stromoy was second quickest with a 0:42.89s lap, the final qualifying podium slot going to Abu Dhabi Team’s  Alex Carella, sealing third spot with 0:43.02s.
