ABU DHABI – November 30, 2010 – Congratulations to Philppe and Sandrine Chiappe on the birth of their second daughter Noa. She was born on 22nd November at 10.25 and weighed in at 2.490 kg. Noa will not be short of attention as she joins sister Fanny and three brothers Tom, Elliott and Mateo.
