JONAS ANDERSSON RECEIVES UIM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP RECOGNITION AT AWARDS’ CEREMONY IN MONACO

Monday, March 17: Team Vietnam’s Jonas Andersson received his third UIM F1H2O World Championship title at the annual awards’ ceremony for the UIM F1H2O World Championship in Monaco on Saturday night.

The Swede was presented with the prestigious award by UIM President Raffaele Chiulli and H2O Racing’s CEO Raimondo di San Germano on a night where numerous other awards were handed to winners in the various categories of the UIM-ABP Aquabike World, Endurance and European Championships.

Meanwhile, American aquabike racer Anthony Radetic was named as the new ambassador of the UIM for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The 45-year-old all-rounder is a paraplegic racer who has overcome the disability he incurred after a motorcycle accident to challenge the very best in the demanding world of aquabike racing.
