After yesterday's opening race of the 2013 Abu Dhabi Water Festival you would get very short odds on Alberto Comparato the runaway winner of the first heat in the F-4S championship.

However Mad Croc Nikita Lics did not start yesterday but made up for it today by winning with  a comfortable margin ahead of Nicklas Friberg of Team Sweden while yesterday's runner-up Mike Szymura of Team Atlantic  had to settle for third place.

Qatar's Khalid Al Kuwari occupied 4th place and 16 year old Alberto Comparato was back in 5th place after getting boxed in on a turn mark on an earlier lap. Jan Andre Landnes of Team Singha who failed to finish in the first heat filled sixth place ahead of China's Wu Bincheng and the second Qatari boat driven by Mohamed Al Obaidly played the sweeper role in last place having been lapped. Team Abu Dhabi failed to start.
