ABU DHABI - Friday, December 9, 2011 - In the intense heat of the UAE, Britain's Matt Palfreyman produced another stunning display of controlled driving to secure his second victory of the weekend in the F4S championship.
Driving for Team Atlantic, Palfreyman swept into the lead ahead of Qatar's Rashid Al Shamlin with Team Sweden's Bimba Sjoholm in third place. Only a mechanical or driving error would stop the flying Brit but Sjoholm and Al Shamlin enjoyed a hard fought battle for the runner-up berth which eventually went to the Swedish girl with Mad Croc's Filip Roms filling 4th place Xiong 'Leo' Ziwei crossed the line in 5th place while Christian Carlsen and Tobias Munthe- Kaas round off the top seven.
Sjoholm looked unbeatable in the early part of the season but Palfreyman has now set up his Molgaard to almost perfection and with just two races left in Sharjah, it should produce a tight finish to 2011 for the F4S teams.
