EVIAN (France) - Saturday, 27 June - Team new boy Erik Stark racked up 32 laps in practice in his first outing for Team Emirates and rewarded with fourth quickest, his teammate Ahmed Al Hameli far from happy with the limited one hour session.
Stark: The water conditions were good but quite mixed, flat in places then some big rollers coming in so you had to be alert all the time. I'm in the same boat but we make some small changes and I am really pleased with the performance. We moved the engine, the balance is really good and now we just need to get the right set up for qualifying.
We will try everything to get the pole. I am sure if it all comes together we can do it,

Al Hameli: For me not enough time. You can't do much in just one hour to try to understand what's wrong or what changes to make or even fix the boat if you have a problem.
The conditions are a bit tricky, yes it's flat but there some big swells that you cannot see, the rollers come up very slowly.
