Friday, 13 March, DOHA (Qatar): Weather in Qatar continues to be a disrupting factor to scheduling forcing the hand of Race Director Luiz Ribiero to delay the first official practice session of the season until 13:00hrs.

Earlier in the morning the F-4S practice session went ahead but was cut short and stopped when Motorglass F1 Team's Elisa Leidi crashed out and the time trial that was due to follow, cancelled.
