SHARJAH, U.A.E. - Thursday, December 12, 2013  - With all the will in the world it was impossible to make this race exciting. Nicklas Friberg, Team Azerbaijan's Swedish driver led from start to finish chased by Team Atlantic's Mike Szymura.

Although the German driver closed the gap on the leader once or twice, Szymura never got within striking distance. Team China's Bingchen Wu was gifted third place when Mad Croc's Nikita Lijcs lost power in the final two laps. Qatar's Khalid Al Kuwari filled 5th place ahead of Team Nautica's Alberto Comparato.

Abu Dhabi and Team Singha retired from the action while Qatar's number two boat driven by Mohamad Al Obaidly was tailed off after being lapped three times.
