Monday, 30 March: H2O Racing has confirmed that round 5 of the 2015 F1H2O World Championship will take place in Shanghai, China.

Nicolo di San Germano, President of H2O Racing and Vice President Lavinia Cavallero, confirmed the news this morning in Shanghai after signing a tri-party multi-year agreement with Mr Huang Jun and Mr Chen Mingbo, representing Shanghai Administration and Li Haojie of Tianrong Corporation. "We are extremely happy to have concluded this agreement that brings us back to Shanghai where we last raced in 2004. It is a magnificent location that will ideally host all H2O Racing disciplines in the future and we are very happy to start with F1H20 on 10-11, October." said Nicolo di San Germano.

Confirmation of the multi-year agreement and the 2015 event that will take place on Dishui Lake in Lingang District marks the return of the World's most prestigious Powerboat Championship to Shanghai for the first time in 10 years and further extends the Championship's special association of racing in the People's Republic of China that began in 1995, with 18 Grand Prix being held in 13 years.
