PHILIPPE CHIAPPE is the defending two-time World Champion and one of only four drivers to win back-to-back titles in the sports 32-year-history. He leads the team as he goes in search of a hat-trick of titles.
He joined the F1H2O tour for the first time in Sharjah in 2002 and competed in over 80 races and 11 racing seasons before he earned his first victory in Kyiv at the Grand Prix of Ukraine in 2013.
His first podium was in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2009, his first pole position in Abu Dhabi in 2014. Since his victory in Kyiv in 2013 he has won four of his last 15 starts while reaching the podium 11 times.
He has won the French Endurance Championship twice and is a multiple winner of the classic Rouen 24hr.
